PAHC works with community leaders to improve housing stock through Scattered Site Housing Revitalization Projects. Several funding sources, federal, state, and local, are utilized in each project. Purchase Area Housing Corporation has administered rehabilitation projects in all eight counties of the Purchase Area. Before and after photos are provided showing examples of improvements in housing stock.
